We are recruiting a Financial Controller and Treasurer to join our Financial Department at ENGIE Home Services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance and experience in financial management, team leadership, and analysis. The role involves defining the company's financial strategy, managing cash flow, and ensuring fiscal compliance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or equivalent
- Excellent mastery of financial techniques and analysis of financial risks
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Clear and concise communication with employees, shareholders, trade union representatives, and financial partners
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to make the right decisions
- Automating processes to make them more efficient
- Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI) mastery
- Oracle knowledge (a plus)
