Responsable d'équipe exploitation Industrie (F/H)

We are looking for a experienced professional to manage the exploitation of an industrial perimeter with a multisite configuration, primarily focused on the pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

Requirements

• Ensure technical, energetic, and financial performance of contracts.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of exploitation.
• Follow performance indicators: yields, availability, reporting, action plans.
• Management and animation of team: lead a team, organize schedules, priorities, and team competency development.
• Customer relations and development: be the preferred contact for industrial clients, ensure contract execution and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.

Benefits

• Annual gross salary: €45,000 to €48,000 based on experience.
• Variable: up to 15.75%.
