Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager (M/F) Job Description: Manage technical maintenance and troubleshooting on a large office site, organize subcontractor interventions, manage multi-technical works and produce quotes, lead a team of 12 technicians, ensure daily customer relations and produce monthly activity reports, intervene on air treatment, ventilation, ECS production, and electrical installations.
Requirements
- Bac Pro or Bac+2 degree in energy maintenance, climatic engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial maintenance
- Minimum 5 years of experience on similar missions
- Excellent technical knowledge in electricity, automation, regulation, cold production, and air treatment
- Proven management and organizational skills
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Master of digital tools (Pack Office, GMAO)
