Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will provide essential scheduling, documentation, and coordination support to ENGIE’s Capital Projects team at the Ohio State University. The role ensures that all meetings, reports, and project workflows are managed efficiently to facilitate the timely execution of projects within ENGIE’s Capital Projects portfolio from ideation the stage to project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or in a technical field from an ABET institution or equivalent in demonstrated experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in management of construction for industrial or municipal projects with demonstrated success, or 8-10 years experience in lieu of a degree
• Advanced understanding of design, construction and operations of thermal plants
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, fostering a culture that prioritizes zero incidents and protects employees, contractors, and the public
• Familiarity with project scheduling and documentation management in a technical or construction environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
