Job Description
ENGIE is a global leader in the energy transition and is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the GBU Local Infrastructure Energy in Poland. The role will involve acting as a strategic HR partner, supporting organizational transformations, and shaping HR priorities within an international environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international or multi-company environment
- University degree (psychology, economics, management, law preferred)
- Strong experience in change management and transformation projects
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Fluent English (working proficiency)
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law
