Job Description
As a Short-Term Trader, you will be a key contributor within the Short-Term Trading Desk, part of the Business Platform Power Trading & Commercial. You will maximize revenues from the CWE power portfolio in intraday markets, including renewable integration, sales exposure, and asset flexibility.
Requirements
- Maximize revenues from the CWE power portfolio in intraday markets
- Act as the single point of contact for intraday markets to cover real-time physical needs and re-optimize the asset portfolio against market prices
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize revenues and minimize costs across short-term horizons
- Contribute to model development for assets, intermittency and identify trading opportunities across multiple markets
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of portfolio and market activities
- Support the development and improvement of algorithmic trading activities
