We are hiring a Specialist SSM (Support and Communication SSM) to promote a culture of prevention and safety across the organization, providing support to teams and implementing SSM principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Course in auditor systems of quality, environment, health and safety management
- Inspector training course for health and safety at work with a minimum of 80 hours
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (SSM domain, communication, management of cross-functional projects) in a large company
- Category B driving license
- Strong knowledge of the SSM domain and related regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messages for different audiences
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of digital tools and data analysis skills
- Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and ability to work independently
