Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Citrix NetScaler System Engineer to support the management and continuity of the server and virtualization environment and work on incident resolution, implementations, and maintenance in the public sector.
Requirements
- Follow up and resolve 2nd- and 3rd-line incidents
- Perform smaller implementation requests within the offered services
- Perform line-of-business releases on application servers
- Maintain Citrix XenDesktop servers and Remote Desktop Session Hosts
- Ensure general management and follow-up of the Windows Server environment
