Job Description
The Mainframe System Analyst will work with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements for the IT implementation team, analyze application components, and prepare test activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance business analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in a mainframe / IMS / Cobol / DB2 environment.
- Strong experience in insurance, specifically P&C Retail (not banking and not life insurance).
- Knowledge of DB2.
- Knowledge of IMS.
- Knowledge of Cobol, including the ability to review code changes delivered by an offshore team.
- Affinity with application architecture and a good understanding of how components are connected.
- A structured mindset, with the ability to deliver precise and accurate analyses.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
