Job Description
Senior Healthcare IT Business Analyst responsible for leading functional analysis of a dental care solution in a healthcare environment, translating clinical and administrative needs into clear functional requirements, and providing input for investment decisions. Must have experience as a senior Functional Analyst or Senior IT Process Analyst, strong analytical ability, and expertise in enterprise architecture and ITSM.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior Functional Analyst or Senior IT Process Analyst, ideally in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong analytical ability and the capacity to convert complex clinical processes into structured functional requirements within a tight timeframe.
- Experience in analytics, business process management and business modeling.
- Senior-level expertise in enterprise architecture and ITSM.
- Expert use of Visio for process and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of Epic EHR is an advantage, ideally with exposure to its dental module.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
