Shipping Lead

The Shipping Lead drives hands on leadership to warehouse operators, assures the safe completion of daily tasks, maintains operational goals and acts as a bridge between Operators and Supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to properly take and read various gages and dimensions
• Computer efficiency, strong communication and good math skills
• Ability to drive a forklift and become certified
• Previous warehouse and mechanical background, past machine shop and automotive parts experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at times
