Requirements
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and systems for production efficiency, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Lead process modeling, simulations, and scale-up initiatives from lab to pilot to full production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, EHS, Manufacturing, R&D) to troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Monitor plant performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all chemical engineering practices comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
- Evaluate new materials, technologies, and process innovations to improve product quality and reduce carbon footprint
- Serve as a technical mentor and knowledge resource within project teams
