Requirements
- Design mine layouts and schedules for efficient resource extraction
- Perform feasibility studies, cost estimation, and environmental assessments
- Analyze geological data and oversee mine planning
- Monitor mine safety and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support reclamation and sustainability efforts
- Use modeling software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or MineSight
- Collaborate with geologists, environmental scientists, and site engineers
- Serve as a technical mentor and knowledge resource within project teams
