Job Description
Make a Measurable Impact at Company ABC, a leader in sustainable process innovation. As a Nuclear Engineer, you will design, model, and analyze nuclear systems, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on safety case development and environmental assessments.
Requirements
- Design, model, and analyze nuclear systems including reactors, shielding, and thermal hydraulics
- Evaluate fuel cycle operations and support advanced reactor designs or refurbishments
- Perform safety analyses, probabilistic risk assessments, and radiation transport calculations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support licensing processes with agencies like CNSC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on safety case development and environmental assessments
- Contribute to R&D on small modular reactors (SMRs), fusion technologies, or advanced fuel cycles
- Serve as a technical mentor and knowledge resource within project teams
