Job Description
The Contract Support Specialist is responsible for processing interim payments, adjusting contract modifications, and tracking construction materials. They ensure proper documentation is on file and ensure payments are authorized according to project requirements. Strong computer skills and construction terminology knowledge are required for accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Initiate and finalize monthly pay estimates for contractors.
- Maintain and organize backup documentation.
- Track funding amounts, payments, and progress.
- Prepare and review construction material certifications.
- Provide communication to the project team.
- Assist with plan reviews and presentations.
