Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Stormwater Engineer to join our team, providing leadership in the planning, analysis, design, and permitting of stormwater systems. The role will involve utilizing GIS and advanced modeling tools, preparing FEMA Letters of Map Revision, and developing creative, technically sound solutions for complex sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Active Florida PE license required
- 8+ years of experience in stormwater design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and permitting
- Extensive knowledge of FEMA, FDEP, and local stormwater regulations
- Proficiency with advanced stormwater modeling software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proven experience leading stormwater design projects and mentoring junior engineers
- Strong technical writing, client engagement, and project management skills
