Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Nursing Home

Englewood Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dynamic team in The Park Medical Group. The ideal candidate would excel in communication, interpersonal skills, precise documentation, and clinical expertise in the management of all phases of care for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Travel to Nursing Homes or Assisted Living facilities
• Possibility of working in the office one to two days
