Job Description
ESF Explore is seeking enthusiastic Multi-Sports Coaches to provide age-appropriate coaching sessions in a part-time, hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a solid background in coaching various sports. Responsibilities include developing and delivering sessions, assessing children's abilities, and fostering a fun environment. The position requires a focus on child development and effective communication.
Requirements
- Hold a Level 1 Coach Accreditation from a recognised Sports National Governing Body.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching young children.
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work after school, on weekends, and during seasonal holidays.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
