Job Description
ESF Explore is seeking enthusiastic Sports Assistants to join their teams on a part-time, hourly basis. Assistants support coaches through sessions, uphold health and safety standards, and facilitate a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include session delivery, student supervision, and health & safety assistance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Patient, energetic, and approachable
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Flexible to assist after school, on weekends, and during seasonal holidays
- Passionate about sports and physical education
- Interest in coaching, teaching, and working with young children
