Job Description
ESF is seeking Supply Educational Assistants to cover class absences and support students' learning and development in secondary schools. This is a casual vacancy requiring only contact when vacancies arise, and applicants will be contacted for interviews. The role involves assisting with various aspects of education, including supporting students' academic progress and social/emotional needs. ESF emphasizes student well-being and safety.
Requirements
- Assist in the educational and social development of students.
- Assist with academic and specialist subjects, monitor student progress.
- Provide emotional/behavioural support.
- Support individual students and whole classes.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students.
- Knowledge of student needs.
