Job Description
The ESF is seeking dynamic, qualified, and high-quality ‘Baby & Me’ coaches with experience working with young children. Coaches should be reliable and committed to delivering fun and progressive swimming lessons to children aged 4 months – 15 years. ESF values professionalism and candidates should be outgoing and passionate about the sport.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 1 qualified swimming coach.
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a swimming coach with children aged 4 months +.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must demonstrate experience in planning, organising and delivering high-quality coaching sessions for Baby & Me.
- Must demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to use various IT programmes (Microsoft Office) and engage with social media.
- Must be a pleasant, friendly and approachable character.
