Director of Education

Enlace Chicago is seeking a Director of Education to drive its participation and leadership in educational policy, programming, and convening, building community and organizational capacity. The role involves guiding educational programs, supervising staff, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance educational advancement and economic development in Little Village and beyond. The role will also focus on program management, evaluation, and fostering a culture of growth and leadership.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant management and leadership experience in a school, educational or non-profit setting
• Master’s Degree in an Education, Public Policy/Public Administration, Non-Profit Management or Social Services field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including writing, research and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and a car
