Hospice Nurse Practitioner

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to provide face-to-face assessments care to hospice patients in the Morris, Essex and Passaic County, NJ region.

Requirements

• Valid ROLE certification in state of job location
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with older adults
• Strong people and rapport building skills with positive and personable demeanor
• Demonstrated collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong and confident presentation skills
