Ennoble Care is hiring a Full-Time, Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager for Warren County, NJ. The role involves providing skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care to maximize patient comfort and health.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be licensed in NJ as a Registered Nurse by New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• One year of RN experience. Hospice experience preferred.
• Excellent assessment skills and problem solving skills.
• Skillful in organization and time management.
• Knowledge of case management processes.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
