Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant-.Northeast Atlanta / Gwinnett Cluster

Ennoble Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Loganville, Grayson, Dacula, Suwanee, Norcross/Ridgewood, Berkeley Lake, and Duluth, GA area. The successful candidate will provide high quality care, assess patient's health, and communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.

Requirements

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Georgia
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills
• Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)
