Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) to own and scale Google Ads performance across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, manage a significant ad budget, and continuously analyse performance to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance metrics
- Hands-on and execution-focused
- Curious and actively exploring new tools, including AI
- Comfortable working independently without heavy structure
- Driven by results, not by presentation or communication
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search and Shopping required)
- Experience in e-commerce is important
- Experience managing meaningful budgets (not small accounts)
- Mid-level profile, not junior, not overly corporate
