Client Delivery Lead

Enode is a climate tech startup that provides infrastructure layer for connecting and orchestrating devices at scale. We are looking for a Client Delivery Lead to own and deliver complex enterprise grade implementations end to end. The role exists because our enterprise deals are large, multi year, and highly complex, involving multiple stakeholders, parallel work streams, and deep integration with customer systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience delivering software implementations in enterprise environments
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi stakeholder projects end to end
• Strong project management and execution skills (planning, coordination, delivery)
• Experience working with technical integrations and engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
• Highly structured, organised, and proactive in driving progress
