We are looking for a Business Compliance Associate to serve as a strategic architect of our operational integrity. The role involves designing, overseeing, and maintaining a comprehensive controls inventory across our product portfolio, and leading cross-functional gap assessments to identify risks and enhance operational resiliency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3-5+ years in business operations, internal audit, operational risk, or related role in a high-regulated industry
