Collections Representative (Hybrid)

A Collections Representative is responsible for providing payment options to small businesses and ensuring positive interactions with customers who have encountered a hardship. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, finding solutions for past due accounts, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Aptitude to express empathy and patience while discussing sensitive issues
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, independently problem solve, and effectively handle changing situations
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Prior experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA practices
