Lead Product Manager - Simplic (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to support our Brazil product, Simplic, operating with a startup mindset within a scaled fintech organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years serving as a team lead
• Strong technical skills, including experience with relational databases and SQL for large datasets
• Proven ability to drive multiple projects through a full product lifecycle in an agile environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric product development
