Strategy and Operations Associate (Hybrid)

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will directly support one of Enova’s core P&Ls and tackle projects that ensure we are operating at peak performance. You will identify business problems and drive solutions without being prompted, using data to diagnose problems and your intuition to solve them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• 4-7 years of work experience in management consulting, data analytics, or business operations.
• Self-Sufficiency: A proven track record of identifying business problems and driving solutions without being prompted.
• Technical Fluency: Comfort with data intensive environments and independent data exploration. Experience with SQL, BI tools, and analytical models preferred.
• The "Owner" Mindset: You treat the P&L as if it were your own business.
