Enphase Energy is seeking a Staff Analyst, Backlog Planning to lead end-to-end order fulfillment and provide financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and stakeholders. The role requires 12+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BE/BTech, MBA/PGDM/MTech from Tier 1 institution
- 12+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to think independently and handle multiple priorities
- Service orientation and compliance mindset
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in multi-cultural and geographically diverse teams
- Flexible to work in different time zones and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems (added advantage)
