Supervisor, Technical Support

Enphase Energy is a global energy technology company looking for a Supervisor, Technical Support to lead and mentor team members, manage processes, and drive results. Must be available to work on-site at the Bangalore office 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Graduate – B.E/ B.Tech Graduate
• 5 years of experience in a multi-channeled support environment
• 2 years as a supervisor managing at least 10 reports
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
• Computer literate (PC skills essential, Mac OS desirable)
• General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, electrical or electronics background desirable
• Good Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships
