Disassembly of large manufacturing equipment, verification and preparation of parts/components, and quality work checks to insure product meets quality standards. Work in a safe manner, follow established policies and procedures, and maintain a good sense of safety and hazard awareness.
Requirements
- To tear down/disassemble large manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Verify and prepare all part/ components for welding, machining, and assembly
- To read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures
- To perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards
- To Work with shop equipment, power tools and torches
- To operate overhead cranes to move component parts
- To work in a safe manner at all times following established policies and procedures and maintain a good sense of safety and hazard awareness
