Industrial Machine Assembly - 2nd Shift

Enprotech is seeking an Industrial Machine Assembly team member for a 2nd shift position. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical skills, own tools of the trade, and be able to use them effectively. The role involves creating plans for disassembly and repair, verifying conformance of parts to blueprints, and assembling machines to verify functionality.

Requirements

• Creates plans for disassembly and repair per assembly procedures
• Verifies conformance of parts to blueprints using measuring instruments
• Aligns components for assembly, manually or with a crane
• Removes high spots and smooths surfaces using chisels, scrapers, files, and powered hand grinder
• Assemble, set up, and operates machines to verify functionality
• Installs moving parts such as shafts, levers, or bearings
• Mounts and connects auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment
• Test, or assist in testing, operation of completed product
