AVP, Operational Innovation

The AVP, Operational Innovation will lead enterprise-level operational innovation strategy, focusing on transformation, efficiency, scalability, and performance improvement across revenue cycle and clinical-adjacent operations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, operational excellence, or innovation-focused roles
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows, performance metrics, and client delivery models
• Exceptional executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with automation, analytics, AI, or emerging technologies applied to healthcare operations strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred
