Coding Manager

Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The company is looking for a Coding Manager to lead the operational coding functions within the Health Information Management Department.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of coding and leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge/experience in Pediatric coding specialty
• Previous management experience in Coding preferred
• Thorough knowledge of Diagnosis Related Group, (DRG) and All Payer
• Extensive knowledge of coding guidelines and payer specific requirements
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records, (EMR,) coding software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Satisfactory completion of Anatomy and Physiology as well as Medical Terminology
