Director, IT Security

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Director of IT Cybersecurity will oversee the security operations and engineering function of Ensemble's IT Security Program.

Requirements

• CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other cybersecurity certifications
• 5-7 years or relative experience
• 2-3 years, or more, of true leadership experience
• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Equivalent Experience
• Practical experience building threat-based cybersecurity programs and designing and implementing security controls and compliance programs
• Experience leading information technology and/or security teams in engineering, design, and operations
• Self-motivated and willing to take on challenges while adapting to an ever-changing operational environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how application performance requirements support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated initiative, customer orientation and teamwork competencies
