Manager, Patient Access

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Manager of Patient Access is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the Patient Access department, providing leadership and contributing to revenue cycle and organizational goals. This is an on-site role, requiring candidates to work at the hospital.

Requirements

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Healthcare Management/Administration
• Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry
• Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred
• Experience with Microsoft a must
