Manager Patient Access

We are seeking a Manager of Patient Access to plan, develop, organize, and manage the Patient Access department and improve customer service and collect quality information. The Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, implementing short and long-term plans and objectives, and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification
• Minimum 2 – 3 year’s management experience in healthcare industry
• Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred
• Experience with Microsoft a must
