Job Description
Ensemble is seeking a Medical Records/Health Information Management Specialist to work onsite at Valley Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations, EMR experience, and healthcare revenue cycle experience. Requirements
- Completes analysis/reanalysis of all records accurately and timely
- Follow-up with ancillary/nursing departments for missing documentation
- Reviews medical record documentation in electronic medical records and creates appropriate charting deficiencies
- Actively manages various analysis-specific work queues
- Adheres to established company standards/policies and system workflow guidelines
