The company is searching for a Patient Access Associate Specialist to perform admitting duties for patients admitted for services at the hospital.

Requirements

• Ability to walk from room to room and push a 10-pound mobile computer station throughout the entire shift
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
