Patient Access Supervisor

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. The company is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to organize and coordinate the activities of assigned staff to ensure safe, effective and appropriate work in a fiscally responsible manner. The role involves handling and solving problems related to area of assignment, maintaining a working knowledge of functions in area of responsibility, and working in conjunction with patient access manager to develop and coach staff, creating optimal performance. The supervisor will conduct and oversee orientation and training of all Patient Access staff, perform Revenue Cycle tasks, and assist patient access manager with day-to-day operations.
