RN Clinical Documentation Specialist - Referrals

The RN Clinical Documentation Specialist - Referrals will facilitate and obtain appropriate physician documentation for patients' clinical conditions or procedures. They will review medical records, interact with physicians and other healthcare providers, and ensure complete and accurate documentation. The specialist will also educate healthcare providers on clinical documentation improvement and partner with coding professionals to ensure accurate data and completeness of supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience
• Current RN Licensure
• Certification in CRCR within 9 months of hire
