Join Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company and contribute to creating cutting-edge technology for successful missions. We are seeking a qualified CNC Swiss Machinist for our 2nd shift position in Moorpark, CA.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Minimum 3 years experience in CNC operation with setup experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience operating a Swiss style machining center.
- Experience with Citizen A20, L20 or M32 machines a plus.
- Dual spindle lathe and 5 axis milling experience a plus.
- ESPRIT programming software experience a plus.
- General knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading and inspection tools
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work with little or no supervision, previous lead experience a plus.
- Minimum High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal fashion.
- Must be able to meet all ITAR and BATFE background requirements
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $90,000 per year.
