Manager of Cost Accounting

As Manager of Cost Accounting, you will analyze and manage costs associated with our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of absorption costing, variance analysis, and inventory management principles
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (IFS a plus)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
