Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator position provides contract management and administration support to the organization, ensuring compliance with law, regulations, and good business practices. The ultimate goal is to establish and maintain contractual agreements with customers that facilitate clear understanding of commitments, risk balancing, timely billing and payment, positive customer relations, and accurate communication.

Requirements

• BA/BS in business, finance, law, or engineering concentration
• 3+ years Contracts Administration experience with administration of both complex government and commercial contracts
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable of dealing with multiple internal and external customers
• Experience in negotiator of contracts terms & conditions, as well as pricing
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite software
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and related agency supplements, primarily DFARS and NFS
