Job Description
The Product Engineering Lead is a leadership opportunity for an experienced engineer with technical, people, and process improvement skills. The role involves managing a team, owning a product line, providing technical expertise, and contributing to business growth.
Requirements
- BS/MS in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or project experience required, 10 or more years’ experience preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of root cause/corrective and preventative action
- Problem solving/root cause analysis, leadership of multi-function technical teams, project management, technical writing and cost estimating experience
- Background in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement and strong problem solving skills.
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
