Job Description
Quality Engineer Lead position in aerospace and defense manufacturing environment, responsible for leading quality group, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews, with a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of quality and manufacturing experience
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of Engineers
- Interpreting customer specifications and creation of efficient quality plans
- ISO 9001/AS 9100 quality systems knowledge
- Root cause and corrective and preventative action experience
- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
