Job Description
Senior Manager of Cost Accounting position seeks highly capable individual to drive cost transparency and operational insight across the organization, partnering with operational and functional leaders to analyze cost drivers and influence decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in cost accounting, plant finance, or operations-focused FP&A within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost drivers, absorption concepts, variance analysis, and inventory principles
